Call for papers

Participants are invited to contribute papers to ICAAI 2014. There are both oral and poster presentations. Oral presentations comprise both invited and selected papers. Authors are required to submit a short abstract (a maximum of 350 words) and a full paper (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion and References) in English including figures, tables and photos in Microsoft Word. The guidelines for abstract and paper submissions for oral and poster presentations are available at www.icaai2014.com.

About the conference

The 2nd International Conference on Agriculture and Agro-Industry 2014 (ICAAI2014) Fresh Produce, Novel Process and Health Product

November 20-21, 2014

As an enormous success with more than 300 participants in the first International Conference on Agriculture and Agro-Industry (ICAAI) held by School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University in 2010 at Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai Thailand; the School, therefore, would like to carry on the second ICAAI in November 20-21, 2014, the so-called “ICAAI2014” under the theme of “Fresh Produce, Novel Process and Health Product." The conference aims to provide an opportunity for the national and/or international community to exchange ideas and to develop a common vision for the future of fresh produces, novel processes and health products.

The ICAAI2014 expects to bring together scientists, experts, researchers, students and entrepreneurs to discuss the latest scientific developments and current issues on fresh produces, novel processes and health products to provide more secure and safe food and to sustain as well as to capitalize the practical business along the food chain from farm to fork.

The program includes national and international keynote speakers, oral presentations and poster sessions addressed to postharvest technology, food science and food technology. The conference is planned to take in approximately 150 participants and speakers from Thailand and overseas.
